Świat według Kiepskich/The Lousy World, the cult Polish sitcom, has been around for 17 years! The 500th episode of the series is due to hit screens next Wednesday at 20:05.

Świat według Kiepskich (The Lousy World) is the world’s longest-running acted sitcom and Poland’s second longest-running TV series. What the 500th episode of the series has in store for us?

Episode 500 will see Ferdek (Andrzej Grabowski) deploring the fact that nobody in the family respects him as a father, which has much to do with the widespread cultural decay. Desperate, he will decide to make his family celebrate Father’s Day with him as the sole focus, and will pull it off, with a sumptuous dinner and everyone dressed in their best. Guest appearances will include Dorota Kurzewski and Tomasz Kurzewski, the founders of ATM Grupa S.A.

Episode 500, Father’s Day, is set to air on Wednesday October 26, 2016, at 8:05 p.m. on POLSAT.
