She joined ATM Grupa in April 2022. Previously, for many years, she was a commissioning editor at Telewizja Polska – TVP (Polish Television). The following films were created in co-production with TVP under her leadership: the internationally awarded film "Over the Limit" directed by Marta Prus, "Call me Marianna" („Mów mi Marianna”) by Karolina Bielawska, "All the sleepless nights" („Wszystkie nieprzespane noce”) by Michał Marczak, or "In Touch" by Pawel Ziemilski. At TVP Dużbabel was also responsible for the production and editorial supervision of documentary programs and series, including "Sanatorium of Love" („Sanatorium Miłości”), "Wartime Portraits" („Portrety wojenne”), "My 600 grams of happiness" („Moje 600 gramów szczęścia”) or "Travelling with history by Radek Kotarski" („Podróże z historią Radka Kotarskiego”). While cooperating with the ZPR Media Media Group, she was responsible, among others, for the production of the documentary series "Nuns" („Zakonnice”) for Canal Plus Polska, or the format "Undercover Boss Poland" („Kryptonim Szef Polska”) for Fokus TV.
