The new series “Nurses”, a hit of Polsat’s spring schedule, continues to rule the ratings in its time slot in the fall. In its fourth week, the show attracted an impressive million viewers!

On September 22, 800,000 viewers followed the life of “Nurses” (peaking at 1 million at 12:56 p.m.), with a 22% share. The premiere episodes of the series have averaged over 500,000 viewers, and its viewing figures keep on improving (over 700,000 in the fourth week). The series’ biggest competitor, a new show airing on one of the top 4 channels in the most-watched afternoon time slot, attracted 35% fewer viewers, and a long-running TVP2 series about doctors drew just half of its audience.

“Nurses” is also outperforming its rivals in the 16–49 demographic and edging them in urban areas.

Filming for the episodes that are currently airing began in the summer. Polsat viewers have come to love the nurses whose lives abound in surprises that are as exciting as their patients’ stories. Again, we can expect a plethora of emotions. There will be a forbidden love story, the topic of Polish expats and a story of a daughter’s fight to save her mother who trusted a rogue witch-doctor. The main characters will be joined by new ones. One of the nurses will learn she has a brother, another will unexpectedly become a grandma.
