Katarzyna Burzawa will take up the position of Chief Creative Officer for Non-fiction Productions.
For 17 years Katarzyna Burzawa was associated with Endemol, most recently as Creative Director. She gained her professional experience in Poland and in the Netherlands, where she worked in infotainment production (also as head of production). She has significantly contributed to the launch in Poland of international formats such as Big Brother, Postaw na milion (The Million Pound Drop Live), Twoja twarz brzmi znajomo (Your Face Sounds Familiar) and Młodzi lekarze (The Young Doctors).

Non-fiction programming has been growing fast at ATM Grupa S.A. Last year the company produced more than 100 hours of premiere non-fiction programming including: Salon sukien ślubnych (Say Yes to the Dress) and two series of programs about sex for TLC; Brać czy nie brać (Take It or Leave It) for History; Powrót do przeszłości (Return to the Past), Mikroprzygoda (Micro-adventure) and Wynalazcy przyszłości (Inventors of the Future) for C+ Discovery; and Kobiety i mafia (Women and Mafia) for 13 Ulica.
