The Moment of Truth has been a huge hit in America. Contestants answer probing questions about their professional and private lives, and have to reveal their most intimate secrets, but the stakes are very high. A lie detector is used to determine if players are telling the truth. The Polish version of the show will be hosted by TV and radio personality Zygmunt Chajzer.

To win, contestants must answer truthfully. At any time they can quit and walk away with the money they have won so far. Once they choose to hear a question, they have to answer it, and if they answer falsely, they lose everything they have earned so far. If a question is extremely embarrassing, it can be switched out by a family member, but this can only be done once per game.

Outside of the US, The Moment Of Truth has aired in Spain, Portugal, Holland, Denmark, Germany, Croatia, Estonia, UK, Australia, Sweden, Italy, and Israel. In America, some episodes of the show had an impressive 23-million audience. The format has been sold to 50 television stations from all over the world.

The Polish version of the show is produced by ATM Grupa S.A.
